Miami housing doesn't fit one mounting method. Miami condos can have concrete walls, and Miami Beach has older plaster finishes. A smooth coat of paint says nothing about what's behind it, so we check the actual surface instead of guessing by neighborhood. Our Miami-area records include drywall, brick and concrete.

On brick or concrete we use masonry anchors rated for the TV and the mount. Tile gets slow, careful drilling. I rent or live in a condo — can you still mount my TV?

Yes — we mount TVs in rentals, condos and apartments all the time. Whether drilling is allowed is between you and your landlord or HOA, so if you're not sure, check your lease or building rules before the visit. We work neatly, and when you move out we can also take the TV down for you.
